Cancellation Policy

Conference registration will be refunded in full if cancelled by Monday November 16, 2026. After this date there will be a cancellation fee of $150 for standard registrations which will cover costs not able to be recovered by conference organisers. Conference dinner and single-day registrations will not be refunded after November 16.
